Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- You have used the template
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines
- If it is an article, the names of the authors and any other reference that allows knowing the author of the work have been removed from the file (remember that this aspect is essential to facilitate anonymous review).
Studies and articles
Contributions of academic and / or research content that are subject to peer evaluation. Extension: 7.000 – 12.000 words.
Compared cases and systems
Comparative studies and case analysis. Extension: 7.000 – 12.000 words.
Research notes
Original research works consisting of brief reports on the progress and relevant results of research and studies, comments on standards and analysis of resolutions and jurisprudence. Minimum extension: 2.000 words.
News and book reviews
Book news: sinopsis of new books.
Book reviews: critical comments about new books.
Extension: 750 - 2.000 words.
