Education level and revision appeals as determinants in the subnational government’s transparency in México

This article is intended to answer the questions related to the link between the nonconformities and the educational level in the subnational governments’ transparency in Mexico. Throughout the article, readers may understand the conceptual and theoretical elements that support this approach. The first outcome induces negative results about the nonconformities in governmental transparency, while the second one explains that as higher the school level in citizens, transparency levels increase. The article’s results are not conclusive but bring an empiric sample to develop frameworks to test the correlation between the educational level and the nonconformities with the transparency
