Definition of an explanatory model of its use

Abstract

Transparency portals are the element on which the accountability model in Spain pivots. However, despite the universalization of their existence, it has not been accompanied by a generalized use of them. The following article tries to consolidate the conclusions of two years of research on real data on the use of portals to find out which elements allow a greater use of them and to be able to make decisions to promote their use.
