After more than five years of its application, this article tries to analyse the adaptation of this figure in the legal order from the perspective of its regulation and the different resolutions published by the Committee for Guaranteeing the Right of Access to Public Information (Comisión de Garantía del Derecho de Acceso a la Información Pública, GAIP) in these matters.
