In other previous works, I have reflected in a general way about the influence that the approval of the LTBG had to be on the interpretation of the regulations on access to environmental information or on archives.
In these pages I am going to focus on a particular question: whether the Control Authorities are competent to hear the claims that may be made against the resolutions on environmental information, intended for reuse or included in archives.
