A study of comparative law

Location, comparative study and comment of the constitutional and ordinary norms of the main states that make up each of the areas into which Europe is divided for the study by virtue of which it is intended to know the current situation of the regulations on transparency and access to the public information to be able to compare your situation with that of Spain. In this study, a certain simultaneous chronological and practical advance is found in the development of regulations on access to information as a fundamental right, autonomously regulated, despite the fact that there are countries that for multiple reasons are far from the common trend of the continent.
