The private subjects' duties of public transparency in the current legal regime in Catalonia

The purpose of this work is to analyze the current regulations on transparency in Catalonia in order to determine to what extent the duties of transparency of information of public relevance in the hands of private subjects reach, so to be able to know what role they have to play in the effective fulfillment of the transparency of the public sector. It examines the way in which private subjects are called to contribute to ensuring that citizens are aware of the actions of Governments, while compares the specific duties on public transparency matter that the legal regime in Catalonia imposes on private persons with those required in the state legal regime and some regional ordinances.
