The purpose of this text is to give an account of the updates in relation to the regulation of the right of access to public information introduced by two regional regulations, of varied rank and scope, which were curiously approved on the same date of April 13, 2022 in the Valencian Community (Law 1/2022, of April 13) and La Rioja (Decree 14/2022, of April 13), as well as to use, by comparison, the unsuccessful draft law of 2021 of Castilla y León (Spain). In any case, all these regulations are indicative of the continuous evolution of the legal regime of public transparency.
