Transparency and Good Governance. A view from the Judiciary

The need to introduce criteria of transparency and good governance in the management of public interests must reach some of the activities carried out by the Judiciary. This perspective is even of more obligatory consideration when we refer to the activity of the external and internal governing bodies. This paper analyzes some of the organic and domestic rules that regulate this perspective in the Spanish judicial system.
