Resumen

El trabajo analiza la implantación efectiva de la transparencia algorítmica en la función administrativa del sector público español, centrándose en la Administración General del Estado. Utiliza un enfoque cualitativo y exploratorio apoyado en una triple dimensión: empírica, revisión normativa y estudio de documentos oficiales. Se concluye que, aunque existen avances regulatorios y estrategias, la transparencia real de los algoritmos es limitada debido a barreras técnicas y legales, insuficiente publicidad activa y una aplicación normativa incipiente. El estudio subraya la necesidad de consolidar mecanismos efectivos y homogéneos de rendición de cuentas para asegurar la confianza y legitimidad institucional en el uso de inteligencia artificial.
